Coach Mark Is Home. Our Support Continues.

October 19, 2026

Coach Mark has returned home to Kauaʻi after being released on bond. We are grateful that he is back in the community, but his immigration case remains unresolved, and the need for support continues.

We are asking our community to continue supporting Mark as he seeks qualified legal representation and navigates the next stage of his case. Contributions to this campaign will support legal representation and related immigration expenses.

Mahalo to everyone who has written a letter, contributed, shared the campaign, or offered encouragement. Your support has mattered, and it continues to matter.

We will share further updates with Mark’s approval, respecting his family’s privacy and ongoing legal proceedings.

September 24, 2026:

Mark has legal representation! His first hearing before a judge is on Monday, September 28 on Oahu, and according to his lawyer, is open to the public.

If you think you can attend, let us know. We have a couple people that are trying to make it over from Kaua’i to support, and it would be good to coordinate. The time and location of the hearing is still being confirmed, and we will update here once we know.

The location will most likely be:
