Coach Mark Is Home. Our Support Continues.
For our keiki. For our coaches. For our community.
Coach Mark has returned home to Kauaʻi after being released on bond. We are grateful that he is back in the community, but his immigration case remains unresolved, and the need for support continues.
Contributions to this campaign will support legal representation and related immigration expenses.

A Community Showing Up
For years, Mark has helped Kauaʻi’s young players build skills, confidence, and connection through soccer. Across our island, coaches, families, and volunteers give their time to help our keiki thrive. The response to Mark’s situation reflects that same spirit of showing up for one another.

Coach Mark is Home-But Our Work Isn’t Finished
October 19, 2026
From the bottom of our hearts, mahalo, Kauaʻi!
Because of the incredible love, generosity, and support of our island community, Coach Mark has returned home to Kauaʻi and reunited with his daughter.
The letters, donations, personal testimonies, and overwhelming community support made a real difference. At his bond hearing, the strength of that support was recognized.
But coming home was only the first step.
Mark’s immigration case is still ongoing, and there is important work ahead to help him secure his future and continue raising his daughter in the community they call home.
For years, Coach Mark has dedicated himself to the young people of Kauaʻi. He has been more than a soccer coach. He has been a mentor, teacher, role model, and trusted member of our island ʻohana.
He has helped our keiki grow in confidence, teamwork, discipline, and character, both on and off the field.
Now it’s our turn to stand beside him.
The Next Chapter: Keeping Our ʻOhana Together
Our focus is shifting from bringing Mark home to helping him stay home.
Community support is still needed for:
Ongoing legal representation: Helping Mark navigate the immigration process and pursue available legal options.
Family stability: Supporting Mark and his young daughter as they work toward a secure future together.
Community advocacy: Continuing to share the positive impact Mark has made on Kauaʻi and encouraging appropriate outreach to elected representatives.
Long-term support: Making sure Mark knows he and his daughter are not facing this journey alone.
How You Can Help
Donate: Every contribution helps support Mark’s ongoing legal expenses and family needs.
Share: Help spread the word so the community that rallied around Mark can continue standing beside him.
Stand Together: Continue offering encouragement, testimonials, and support as this next chapter unfolds.
